Terms of Service

The rules for using Movie Crew.

Effective September 24, 2026 · Website & connected app

01. Agreement and operator

These Terms apply to the Movie Crew website at movie.streamwalkers.com and the connected Movie Crew app, operated by Streamwalkers Corporation in San Antonio, Texas. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

02. What Movie Crew provides

Movie Crew helps you organize movie outings, maintain a crew directory, review ticket screenshots, record ticket costs and assign people to saved seats. Theater maps, runtime estimates, reminders and other planning information may be incomplete or inaccurate.

Movie Crew is not a theater, ticket seller, ticket wallet or admissions authority. Recording a seat does not purchase, reserve, transfer or confirm a ticket. Keep your original ticket and verify the venue, showtime, screen, seats and entry requirements directly with the seller. Movie Crew is not endorsed by the theaters or ticket services linked from it unless expressly stated.

03. Accounts and crew responsibilities

You must be at least 18 to create an account, provide accurate account information and safeguard your login. Do not share passwords or allow unauthorized access. Contact moviecrew@streamwalkers.com if you suspect your account has been compromised.

Administrators are responsible for granting appropriate crew access. Editors should change only plans they are authorized to manage. Obtain permission before entering someone else’s contact information, assigning them to an outing or sharing their itinerary. A seat assignment does not establish that person’s consent to attend or pay.

04. Review ticket recognition before saving

Automatic ticket reading can make mistakes. Review and correct every extracted title, theater, date, time, auditorium, seat and link before saving or sharing. If recognition fails, enter the details manually. You remain responsible for confirming that the saved plan matches your actual tickets. Do not rely on a reminder or estimate as the sole source of showtime information.

05. Acceptable use

Do not use Movie Crew to break the law, harass others, infringe rights, upload malware, impersonate another person, access another crew without permission, circumvent access controls or disrupt the service. Do not publish other people’s ticket barcodes, passwords or confidential information. Automated access that harms availability or collects private crew data is prohibited.

06. Your content and our software

You retain rights to content you provide. You give Streamwalkers Corporation permission to host, process, display and transmit that content only as needed to operate Movie Crew, provide the sharing you request and meet legal obligations. You must have the rights or permission needed for uploaded posters and other material.

Movie Crew’s original software, branding and design belong to their respective owners. You receive permission to use the service for its intended purpose; no ownership is transferred. Third-party names, posters and marks remain the property of their owners. Open-source components remain governed by their applicable licenses.

07. External services, purchases and costs

External theater, ticketing, mapping, calendar, sign-in and messaging services have their own terms, policies and availability. Ticket purchases, refunds, exchanges, cancellations and admission disputes must be handled with the seller. Optional cost entries in Movie Crew are planning records, not payment collection or settlement.

Any future paid Movie Crew feature will identify its price and applicable billing terms before you choose to purchase it. Recording a ticket price in a plan does not authorize a charge. App distribution may also be subject to the applicable app store’s terms.

08. Availability, changes and ending access

We may update features, perform maintenance or suspend access reasonably needed to protect users, address misuse or comply with law. Availability and delivery of reminders are not guaranteed. Keep independent copies of important ticket and outing details.

You may stop using Movie Crew or delete your account through the available account controls. Deletion and the effect on shared records are described in the Privacy Policy. Content ownership, liability limitations and other provisions that naturally continue after account closure remain applicable.

09. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Movie Crew is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free recognition or fitness for a particular purpose. To that same extent, Streamwalkers Corporation is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including missed showings or reliance on incorrect imported details.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or restricts consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. Your statutory rights remain in effect.

10. Governing law, updates and contact

Texas law governs these Terms, except where mandatory law applicable to you provides otherwise. Courts with jurisdiction in Bexar County, Texas will handle disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer forum rights. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration.

We may revise these Terms and will identify the new effective date. Material changes will be accompanied by notice appropriate to the change and any consent required by applicable law. For questions or to raise a concern, contact moviecrew@streamwalkers.com.
